We hear these things too. And frankly, we cringe every time because we know they just are not completely true! Yes, this has been a busy market, and yes we've never seen one like this, but it doesn't mean NO buyers are buying right now, in fact, we've had more buyers buy than we ever have in the DFW area!  The reality is we have to "think outside the box" when it comes to helping our clients buy.
